Originally from Wisconsin, I have lived in Lee County for over 30 years and have been a licensed agent for 28 years. Since moving here in 1981 I have lived in Cape Coral, Estero, and for the last 16 years in Fort Myers along the McGregor corridor. My experience includes working with both buyers and sellers in the general residential market as well as on-site sales assisting clients with the construction of their custom homes. I love where I live and I love what I do. I believe that my experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to my profession as a full-time realtor are keys to my success.
In addition to my vast experience in the real estate industry, I spent 5 years as a mortgage banker with AmSouth Bank (now Regions), Commerce Bank, and M & I Bank. The knowledge gained in the mortgage industry certainly has been a benefit in today’s complex real estate market.
My husband Bob and I are involved with numerous fund-raisers for local charities. Most recently I served as the Chairperson Volunteer Coordinator for “Becoming Cosmopolitan”, an annual fund-raiser benefiting CCMI (Community Cooperative Ministries Inc). In the past I was extremely involved with the area’s Youth Soccer Organization.
I enjoy staying abreast of the ever changing real estate market, as well as weekend barbecues with family and friends, gardening and simply enjoying life in our piece of paradise.
